I expect to live longer than average
- My family has some history of longevity. My maternal grandmother turns 85 this April, bless her heart. And she's still so spry that she travels cross country by herself. So there is some indication I will live to a ripe old age.
- I live a healthy lifestyle.
- I do not smoke, never have.
- I eat the FDA recommended 5 servings a day of fruits and vegetables.
- I eat lots of anti-oxidants.
- I do not eat fast food. Ever.
- I do not drink soda.
- I excercise about 3 times a week.
- I avoid trans fats whenever possible.
- I drink alcohol in moderation.
- I have never used an illegal drug, not once.
- I am at low risk for accidental death.
- My occupation is computer programmer.
- I do not engage in adventure sports.
- I commute by public transit normally.
- When I do drive, I always, always wear my seat belt, and our family car is a Toyota Sienna, one of the safest vehicles on the road.
Ironically, SSCs may increase in value if you buy more of them
The sooner I retire, the lower my indexed earnings will be for purposes of calculating my
SSB. If I sell enough SSCs to help me retire before 67, then you the investor will get a
better return on your money since my overall earnings will be lower, increasing the payout per
$100 of FICA.
Actual earnings and FICA to date
Contact me for this information if you are interested in buying SSCs.
